What we collect
We collect name, email address, phone number, company name, IP address and activity log associated with your user account.
Why
Information is used solely to fulfil the agreement between you and High End Innovation Ltd, as well as for security and troubleshooting.
Retention period
Data is retained for as long as the account is active. Upon termination, data is deleted within 30 days. Payment data is retained for 5 years for accounting purposes.
Who has access
Only the system administrator and responsible reseller have access to your information. In addition, persons you yourself grant access by creating users in the system will be able to see data associated with your account.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification and erasure of your personal data. This service processes data in accordance with the Kenya Data Protection Act 2019. Customers in Norway and the EEA also have rights under GDPR. Contact us at
Data storage location
All data is stored exclusively on servers located in Norway, operated by ServeTheWorld AS. Data is not transferred to countries outside the EEA without adequate safeguards. This service complies with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, Regulation 2016/679).
Third parties
We share necessary data with: Anthropic (AI services), Stripe (payment processing for Norway/international), PesaPal (payment processing for Kenya) and ServeTheWorld AS (server hosting, Norway).
Cookies
Corporate Panel uses one necessary session cookie (PHPSESSID) for login. No tracking or advertising cookies are used.

Tjenesten
Corporate Panel er en SaaS-plattform som tilbyr AI-agenter, kundekommunikasjon via Chatwoot, teammeldinger via Mattermost, dokumenthåndtering, WordPress-administrasjon, webhosting og verktøy for sosiale medier.
Kontoer og tilgang
Du må oppgi korrekt og fullstendig registreringsinformasjon. Du er ansvarlig for konfidensialiteten til dine innloggingsdetaljer. Kontoen kan kun brukes av den registrerte enheten. Du må varsle oss umiddelbart om uautorisert tilgang på support@hei.co.ke.
Akseptabel bruk
Du kan ikke bruke Corporate Panel til å bryte gjeldende lover, sende spam eller uønskede meldinger, lagre eller overføre ulovlig innhold, forsøke å få uautorisert tilgang til HEIs systemer eller andre kunders data.
Betaling og fakturering
Abonnementsavgifter faktureres forskuddsvis månedlig eller årlig. Ved manglende betaling gis en betalingsfrist på 7 dager før kontoen suspenderes. Kontoen reaktiveres automatisk ved vellykket betaling. Kontoer som forblir suspendert i mer enn 30 dager kan slettes permanent etter 14 dagers varsel.
Immaterielle rettigheter
HEI beholder alle rettigheter til Corporate Panel-plattformen. Du beholder alle rettigheter til data du laster opp eller genererer gjennom tjenesten.

AI and structured data
AI systems are only as reliable as the data they operate on. Our platform focuses on structured document workflows to improve reliability, but users must ensure accuracy and completeness in all critical use cases.
Electronic Signatures
Users may sign documents electronically using the platform. By using the electronic signature functionality, you agree that:

Electronic signatures are governed by the eIDAS Regulation. Under eIDAS, electronic signatures may have legal effect, depending on the level of assurance and use case.
🇰🇪 Kenya
Electronic signatures are recognized under the Kenya Information and Communications Act. Electronic records and signatures may be legally valid where parties agree to their use.
Limitation
We do not guarantee that documents signed through the platform will be enforceable in all jurisdictions or legal contexts. Users are responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable laws.
Oppsigelse
Begge parter kan si opp avtalen med 30 dagers skriftlig varsel. Ved oppsigelse beholder HEI dine data i 30 dager for eksport, deretter slettes de permanent.
Ansvarsbegrensning
HEIs totale ansvar overfor deg for ethvert krav er begrenset til totale avgifter betalt av deg de siste 3 månedene. HEI er ikke ansvarlig for indirekte tap, tapte inntekter eller datatap.
Gjeldende lov
Disse vilkårene er underlagt kenyansk lov. For kunder i Norge gjelder også ufravikelige bestemmelser i norsk forbrukervernlovgivning.
