High End Innovation Ltd (“we”, “us”, or “our”) operates the Corporate Panel platform for social media management. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you connect your Facebook or Instagram accounts through our platform.
1. Information We Collect
When you connect your Facebook or Instagram account to our platform, we collect the following data:
- Facebook account information: Your name, user ID, and the Facebook Pages you manage.
- Page access tokens: Temporary tokens issued by Meta that allow our platform to read and publish content on your behalf.
- Instagram Business account data: Instagram account ID and username, where an Instagram Business or Creator account is linked to your Facebook Page.
- Published posts and scheduled content: Post text, images, and scheduling metadata that you create within our platform.
We do not collect passwords. Authentication is handled entirely through Meta's official OAuth 2.0 flow.
2. How We Use Your Information
The data we collect is used solely to provide social media management services through the Corporate Panel platform, including:
- Displaying your Facebook and Instagram content in the management dashboard
- Scheduling and publishing posts to your connected pages
- Showing your content calendar and post history
- Maintaining your connection to Facebook and Instagram across sessions
3. Data Sharing and Third Parties
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data or Facebook/Instagram account information to any third parties. Your data is not used for advertising or profiling purposes.
We use Meta's Graph API to interact with your Facebook and Instagram accounts. Your use of these services is also governed by Meta's Data Policy.
4. Data Retention
Access tokens and account data are stored only as long as your account is active and connected. You may disconnect your Facebook account at any time through the Corporate Panel, which will remove your stored tokens. Scheduled and published post data may be retained for record-keeping purposes.
5. Security
We take reasonable technical measures to protect your data, including encrypted storage of access tokens and access controls on our platform. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Your Rights
You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal data we hold about you. You may also revoke our app's access to your Facebook account at any time through your Facebook App Settings.
